When is the hotel open during the year?
The Lake Hotel is a seasonal establishment open exclusively during the winter season (December to April). It is the ideal retreat for an unforgettable skiing holiday in the heart of the Alps!
What time can I check into my room, and when do I have to check out?
We are happy to welcome you for check-in from 3:00 p.m. On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated (check-out) before 12:00 p.m.
Is the reception desk open at night?
Yes, our reception team is available 24/7 to respond to all your requests, even in the event of a late arrival.
Dining & Après-Ski
How's breakfast going?
Start your day on the slopes gently! We offer a delicious breakfast buffet (with a selection of sweet and savory dishes) served daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Do you offer food service for après-ski and dinner?
Absolutely, the Lake Hotel is the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing:
o Après-ski (4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.): Head to the Lake Bar for a sweet après-ski treat with crepes and waffles.
o Dinner/Snacks (6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.): Extend the evening with our selection of tapas to share, platters, hot dishes, and desserts.
o The Bar: Open until 11:00 p.m. for a convivial moment.
The little extra: Room service is also available so you can dine in the privacy of your room.

What amenities will I find in my room?
All our rooms are cozy and furnished for your comfort. Each room has a private balcony offering views of the alpine landscape, the lake, or the forest, a private bathroom with hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and safe.
Do you have rooms suitable for families or groups of friends?
Yes, we offer large spaces that are perfect for groups:
o The Triple Room (25m²): With a balcony and panoramic view, ideal for 3 people.
o The Quadruple Room (28m²): A generous space for 4 people with a balcony overlooking Lake Biollay.

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Unfortunately, the current architecture of the hotel does not allow us to offer rooms adapted to PRM standards.
Skiing & Experiences (On site)
Is the hotel close to the ski slopes?
You couldn't be any closer! The Lake Hotel offers direct ski-in/ski-out access. The slopes are accessible directly from the hotel garden, and a cable car is just 50 meters away.
Can you rent equipment and buy ski passes at the hotel?
Yes, we make your stay easier from start to finish: o Ski passes: You can purchase your exclusive ski passes directly at the hotel reception desk. o Equipment: Our Ski Shop is located on the ground floor for equipment rental. There is also a boutique area if you need to purchase equipment.

No, the Lake Hotel does not offer meeting rooms. The space is entirely dedicated to relaxation and leisure.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property, including in the rooms.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, your four-legged friends (dogs and cats) are welcome at the hotel! Only small pets are accepted for an additional fee of €20 per pet per day.

How do I get to the hotel from the train station or airport?
o Airports: We are located 1.5 hours by car from Chambéry Airport and 2 hours from Lyon Airport.
o Transportation: The Courchevel bus station is an 18-minute walk from the hotel. Free shuttles run around the resort.

Yes, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes on foot to reach the lively center of Courchevel 1850, with its designer boutiques and chic atmosphere.
